This project was challenging because it was not related to business strategy. In my experience, often asking for feedback hasn't been necessary but only in specific situations. You can gather a lot of information by empathizing and putting yourself in the shoes of the people around you: your boss, of course, but also clients, colleagues, your team... and analyzing their reactions. When one of those reactions isn't satisfactory, it's important to inquire and get to the root cause that indicates what you could have done better. However, in my opinion and again, from experience, what's truly challenging is genuinely being receptive to that feedback, stepping out of your comfort zone, and incorporating it into your daily routine.

In my early years as a consultant, I received valuable advice from my boss. He emphasized the importance of not fixating on promotions, but rather focusing on working with passion and dedication. He believed that by prioritizing excellence in our work, advancement would naturally follow.

Grupo de Talento de la Cambra de Emprendedores y Empresarios

Creación de un grupo de "Talento de la Cambra" formado por 14 profesionales expertos en sus diferentes disciplinas. La idea de este grupo es que cada uno aporte su talento y experiencia y entre todos nos vayamos retroalimentando para conseguir que la Cambra sea una asociación de referencia en el mundo de la emprendeduría/empresa.
La finalidad del grupo es preparar una hoja de ruta a corto/medio plazo en donde habrá cabida a talleres de formación, grupos de debate, nuevos proyectos, salidas…Creación de un grupo de "Talento de la Cambra" formado por 14 profesionales expertos en sus diferentes disciplinas. La idea de este grupo es que cada uno aporte su talento y experiencia y entre todos nos vayamos retroalimentando para conseguir que la Cambra sea una asociación de referencia en el mundo de la emprendeduría/empresa.
